This hotel is located in a convenient area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with beautiful flowers to welcome me. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided excellent service, including room service and car hire. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a pool and spa, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Amazing base for city trip in Siem Reap. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Khtom Pizza that was only 5 minutes' walk away. In love with lucky angkor hotel & spa.

This hotel has a fantastic location, with everything you need right at your doorstep. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and tourist areas, making it the perfect spot to explore the city. the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with modern amenities and a stunning view. the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
The hotel could benefit from improving their communication with guests, especially with regards to arranging transportation and other services.

Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. Located close to the airport and away from the busy town center for a peaceful stay. The pool area was clean and well-maintained.
Rooms were basic with limited storage, and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The noise from nearby construction was disruptive.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities were great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with both Western and Asian options. The location was also convenient, being very close to the tourist areas, down to Pub Street, and right in the center of the old market.

Great service from staff and a comfortable room. the breakfast was quite good with both western and Asian cuisine. the hotel is located a bit outside the main city which allowed for a more peaceful stay.
the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was very weak and unreliable.
